Maintenance
This article will show you how to create, assign, and schedule maintenance tasks for your equipment and vehicles. You will need to start by setting up Maintenance Tasks in Settings. Maintenance Tasks can be assigned to one or more employees and managed via the desktop and/or the mobile app.
Tracking

Employees & Crews
This article will show you how to set up Employees and Crews in Horizon360. Since employees are a sub-set of Crews, we recommend creating your roster of employees prior to building your Crew(s).

This article will show you how to create Jobs in Horizon360. Jobs can be one-time, recurring, under a contract or on-demand to work with Routes. Let's start with one-time & recurring jobs.
On-Demand Jobs
This article will show you how to create OnDemand Jobs in Horizon360. OnDemand Jobs are helpful for services that are weather dependent, are scheduled "as needed", or you simply don't have an exact date on when you will be performing these services.
Routes

Invoices
Horizon360 turns hours of invoicing into a simple task that can be completed in minutes. A pending invoice will automatically generate for every job in H360 and allow you to easily send it to your customers & allow them to pay their bills via credit card or ACH or sent to Quickbooks Online for payment processing.
Online Payments
Horizon360 Online Payments allows you to send invoices to your customers & let them to pay their bills online via credit card or ACH. Horizon360 uses EVO as a safe and secure provider meeting all industry security regulations. Horizon360 also lets you add a surcharge to invoices paid via credit card to offset the credit card processing fee (see below).
Syncing QuickBooks® Data
Horizon360 syncs directly with your QuickBooks Online account to easily prepare your jobs for invoicing. You can also import your Customer, Employee & Services data to Horizon360 for faster setup.
