Tracking

Need to know where your Crew and Equipment are? This article will show you how to track the current locations of your Crew and Equipment.
Please Note:  In order to use this feature, you will need to have Crews setup and your equipment associated with a Device. If using a mobile phone to track, a Crew employee must have the Horizon360 App downloaded to their phone and have enabled the “Clocked In” feature.

Overview of Main Tracking Page

Click on the Tracking icon
a.
The “Tracking” page defaults to “Today's Date”.

You can change the Date by clicking on the Date field.

You can also select your view to show selected Equipment or Crew(s).

The Map will reflect the current location of your crew and Equipment for the date selected. In addition, it also maps the location of your “Customers” (This is represented by the Residential and Commercial icons) and “Data Points” (Reflected as Circles).  A Data Points can contain:
a.
The number of customers in this area
b.
The number of times the crew was pinged when “Clocked In”  (Occurs  Every 5 minutes)
c.
The number of times the Equipment that has the ignition on is pinged (Occurs every 1 min)
Note: A “Circle” means there are more customers or date Points within that area. (Blue circle means under 10 data Points Yellow Circle = 11-100 Red = > 100 Data Points)  To see more information, click on the Circle to zoom in on that location or you can either click on the “+” or “-” icons located in the lower right corner or hold down the “Ctrl” key and scroll using the mouse.

Choose a Crew

From the Tracking page, click on the “Choose a Crew”. You can either type the name or select a “Crew” from the drop-down option.

Select the “Crew” name. Once a “Crew” has been selected the site will update. This can take several seconds to process, reflected by the “spinning dotted circle”.

A Map will appear with the location of all of your customers along with your Current Crew location.
Note: A “Blue Circle” means there are more customers or Data Points within that area. To see name and locations of these customer, click on the Blue Dot or zoom in. To Zoom in or Out of the map, you can either click on the “+” or “-” icons located in the lower right corner or hold down the “Ctrl” key and scroll using the mouse.

The location of the “Crew” will be identified by a colored “Pin” associated with their crew at time of setup.

Choose Equipment

1.
From the Tracking page, click on the “Choose Equipment” from the drop-down option.
2.
The location of the Equipment selected will appear on the map.

Hide Crews

This feature allows you to Hide the Crews on the map by clicking on the Icon in the middle of the map. Allowing you to just view the Customer locations. To show the Crews simply click on the Icon a second time.

Date Range

This feature allows you to view jobs that have been completed.
1.
Click on the Date and then from the Calendar, select the month, date, and Year. (How far back does the system store the info?)
