From the Estimates page under Customers, click Add Estimate.

From the Estimates page under Customers, click Add Estimate.

Enter the address of the Service Location.
4.
Add a Name for your first Boundary.
5.
Select a color for this Boundary.

Click your mouse to add the first point of the boundary; you’ll notice a white dot will appear.

Move your mouse and a faint black line will drag behind your mouse – this is the boundary line.

Click your mouse again to add the second boundary point and continue adding boundary points along the edge of the property until you reach your first boundary point.

Once you connect your last point to the first point, the boundary will fill in with the color you selected.
10.
Click Add Another Polygon to continue adding additional boundary lines.

You can choose to have the additional polygons add to or subtract from the total boundary area.

Notice that we have an overlapping polygon in the back yard of the property which includes the pool and walkway areas. Since this Estimate is only for weekly lawn mowing, we have selected to subtract this polygon from our total boundary area

Select which service you will be doing in this area of the property & the price of the service.

If you will be doing more than one service in this area (i.e. lawn mowing and yard cleanup), select "Add Another Service."

Notice the Boundary Total Area will automatically update with the polygon additions & subtractions you have drawn.

Once you have completed adding polygons for this boundary, click Add Another Boundary.
16.
Repeat steps 4 – 14 until you have completed mapping out the property.
17.
Open the labor expense calculator.
18.
Enter the Average Hourly Wage, the Estimated Crew Size & the Estimated Time On Site for this property.

Note that the Labor Expense will automatically update once these fields are filled in.
19.
Click Done to save your estimate.
