Scheduling

Use Horizon360 to track and schedule your jobs with the crew, date & time that works best for you & your customers.
Please Note: This section will guide you through scheduling jobs that were pre-created via Customer Jobs and/or Contracts as well as creating a Job from the Schedule screen. If you would like additional help creating jobs, please see the Customers, Jobs & Contracts articles. For instructions completing jobs in the field, check out the Mobile App article.
Let’s begin scheduling some jobs.

Scheduling

1.
Click Schedule under Scheduling from the left menu bar

Adjust the zoom level on the schedule to see more details on jobs with shorter lengths
3.
Select Today or the date range you would like to view
4.
Choose the calendar view you would like (1 day, 3 days, full 7-day week, 5-day work week or month view)

Select which crew(s) you would like to display

Show Details toggled on will display scheduled job times, while toggled off will only display customer name on the job tiles

Click Add Job to create a new job
8.
Total Estimated Time & Revenue will be calculated for all Scheduled jobs on that day and Actual Time & Revenue will be calculated for all Completed jobs on that day

The right menu will hold a full list of all Jobs and Routes created for the date range you have selected (step 3 above)

Click the arrows to expand any of the job types

To schedule an Unscheduled job, click the Edit pencil

OnDemand Jobs will be listed in the "Unscheduled Ondemand Jobs" section for you to easily add to the schedule as needed. A copy of the ODJ will remain in the Unscheduled category through the set Service Window.
You can also drag & drop the job onto the calendar if you prefer, see video below.

The Edit Job screen will pop open with most information pre-filled from when you created this job under the Customer; edit any of the details as needed

Assign a Crew to this job

Set the Job Status to Scheduled (will pre-fill if using the drag & drop method)
14.
Select a Date for the job (will pre-fill if using the drag & drop method)

Choose the job Start Time (will pre-fill if using the drag & drop method)

The Start Time will highlight if outside of the Availability selected for this job
16.
Add any Notes the Crew needs to be aware for this this job
17.
Click Save to finish scheduling this job
