Definitions

Website Definitions

Analytics – This section provides a visual overview of the following categories:
a.
Tracking - How your crews spend their time and what their schedule looks like.
b.
Financial – Where your revenue is coming from, and your profit after expenses.
c.
Productivity – How efficient your resources are, measuring total time worked and crew efficiency.
Contract - Allows a Landscape Contractor to invoice a customer over set intervals. For example, I may pay $500 a month to have my lawn taken care of. Some months are 4 weeks/mows, and some are 5 weeks/mows, but I only ever pay $500.
Estimates - Is a tool to draw boundaries on a property and estimate the workload, square footage, and hours spent on site while also producing an estimated rate to charge.
Jobs - Are visits to a location to perform work.
Job Start Date Range – This is the date range within which you can schedule a job.

Schedule Definitions

a.
PAUSED – The Job has been Paused.  This action occurs when a  Crew member uses the Mobile App to pause a Job that has not yet been completed. A few examples of why a Job would be paused are:  Break/Lunch, inclement weather, equipment issues etc…  To restart the Job the Crew member will need to use the Mobile App to  “Clock In” to Un-Pause the Job.
b.
RESCHEDULED - The Job still requires action by the Admin. The original Scheduled Job needs to be changed due to Bad weather, customer request, equipment issues etc…  This action can be as simple as changing the Start Date or Start Time.
c.
UNSCHEDULED - The Job has not been assigned to a  Crew or needs the Job Status needs to be changed to Scheduled. These changes are done by clicking on the edit icon(Pencil).
d.
SCHEDULED – This status will show all Jobs Scheduled for based on the selected Date Range (i.e. Day, Week or Month) and Crew.
e.
SKIPPED – The Scheduled Job for that day was not performed i.e. Fence was locked, Dog not chained up, etc..
f.
COMPLETED – The Job has been completed by the Crew based on the selected Date Range (i.e. Day, Week or Month) and Crew. If you have QuickBooks enabled, a “Completed” Job will appear in the “Invoice” section for Review and Approval.
Services - Are tasks performed on a job (i.e. Mowing, Trimming & Pruning, Aeration, Fertilization etc…).
Tracking (DEVICES) - Shows locations of equipment with devices and crew locations via either the mobile phone or equipment with devices.
