Horizon360™ User Guide

Job Reporting

This article will show you how to utilize the Job Reporting feature in Horizon360. Use Job Reporting to search for any job(s) you have created. You can filter by Job status (Unscheduled, Scheduled, Skipped, Completed, etc.), Job Type (standard, contract, on-demand, etc.), Crew, Customer, Service and/or Equipment assigned to the job. Checking the Job Reporting on a regular basis will help ensure you don’t miss any promised work.

You can run the Job Reporting for all Scheduled jobs or all Unscheduled jobs. Since Unscheduled jobs do not yet have any Scheduled/Skipped/Rescheduled/Completed date, these jobs are reported separate from Scheduled Jobs.
