Tracking
Note: To use this feature, you will need to have Crews setup and your equipment associated with a device. If using a mobile phone to track, a Crew employee must have the Horizon 360 moble app downloaded and have enabled the "Clocked in" feature.
The Tracking Tab (1) allows you to view visual tracking information from the Tracking Screen (2) in a summarized form. It compiles all the tracking data between crews and displays overall breakdowns of time spent automatically.
Tracking Information
The Tracking tab has 5 assignments of time that it tracks. It displays:

Onsite Working – Runtime within geofence with job scheduled.

Onsite Unknown – Idle time within geofence with job scheduled.
5.
Driving/Trailering – Time spent driving.
6.
Offsite Working – Runtime outside geofence.
7.
Offsite Unknown – Runtime outside geofence.
Tracking Filters
The Tracking tab contains filters to view individual tracking data.

Date Range – Set the range of time you want to view data for.

Options – Filter between Customers, Crew,Equipment, Vehicles, and Routes.

Equipment – Filter between Equipment or Vehicles.

Select Crew ( Only when Crews is selected)- Filter between individual crew's data.
Financial
Note: To use this feature, you must complete the Budget/Expense section located in the Company tab on the left navigation bar. Budget/ Expense.

The Financial tab allows you to track and view total revenue, direct costs, overhead, and profit per crew and as an overall through your business.
Financial Information
The financial tab displays seven different sets of data.

Revenue- Income before cost

Direct Costs – Expenses tied directly to a job

Gross Profit – Revenue minus Direct Costs

Overhead – Expenses to run your business not tied directly to a job

Profit – Gross Profit minus Overhead

Toggle between Budgeted expenses and Actual.

Productivity
Note: To use this feature, the Tracking section of Analytics must be established.

The Productivity tab allows you to analyze the productivity of the assets that you deploy; including crews, equipment, and vehicles.
